Lost Forum Login Information

You can use this page to retrieve your lost forum login information. By entering certain information, we can send you your lost forum username.

Since passwords are stored encrypted, we can't send you a new password. But if you still have access to the email address that you registered your forum username with, we can send you your lost username. Once you have your username, you can request a new password in the forum login area using the "Forgotten Password" option.

We will need the email address you used when you registered, along with your Flight1 order number. If you need help getting your order number, please visit our automated customer service department.
