Registering Your Level-D Simulations Product for Support Access

This product requires special registration in order to gain access to technical support through the web forums. The registration process is very easy! Simply follow these instructions...

Locate your Proof of Purchase Certificate number. This is different than your regular order number.

On Download Versions:

This certificate number is also listed in your Flight1 Agent Library. Alternately please use your Flight1 Account to retrieve your certificate information.

For CD ROM Versions:

Check the product manual for a printed number. It will have 2 parts, with a dash in the middle.

Next, make sure you are registered in the Level-D Simulations Forum. You must be a registered forum member before you can successfully register here.

Finally, make sure you enter your information correctly, including the right product. If all information matches our records, you should get immediate access to the support areas.

Important Notice For FSX Upgrade Version Users!

If you used a discount coupon to upgrade versions, then use the ORIGINAL FS9 version registration number that came with your purchase. For CD ROM customers who upgraded using a coupon, you still need to use the original number from your CD product. In short, do not use your FSX registration number if you purchased the FS9 version.

Please note that Certificate Numbers can only be used one time, meaning if you assign it to one username, you can't assign it to another afterwards. If you have any problems, please contact the Flight1.com Customer Service department.
