FS9 Flight Planning

   Hello,
I want to add some way points onto FS9 so that i can use the default FS9 flight plan and have the level d sim FMC being used at the same time. is it possible to do this. can i add way points.

i'm think over the Atlantic and the pacific flights you see :)

If anyone can help. or if they know of some software to create plans for this.
