Hello,
 
I have received several requests today to update email addresses for forum/key access. Everyone has been updated through Fri. PM that filed a ticket.  As our offices are normally not open during weekends, I will try my best to get these updated as soon as possible around my weekend schedule when I am near the computer.
  
You can file a ticket here if you have forum registration issues:

For those that need to wait....be patient. The winglet version was announced a few weeks back and steps should have been made between then and now to get your account current for those who are looking to download it immediately. 
 
Your ticket will be answered in the order it was received when I am available to do so over this weekend (Sat. AM / Sun. PM).

Good day

I am Christopher, I have my LevelD product since 2005 if I remember correct.

I used to be a licensed member here at forum but know I am not.

I have request my "password", I had it, I am loged in know as a "new" or "unlicensed" member.

Anyway I have click over, at the top of the forum "Please click this link to register your purchase to access the Licensed Member support area." and fill again my registration with success.

Question, should I do anything else, wait for an email for example.

You cannot REREGISTER your registration code, that will not work.
 
Submit a ticket - as outlined in the first post in this thread - and wait for Jeff to sort this out.

I have a problem a few weeks ago to buy the 767.

As saven that fly with the FMC system must update the AIRAC actualize it already a few times, to take out others expect Navigraph this thinking it was the problem, but I see that is the plane that does not load the vase of FMC data.

In addition to this I am looking to get a stand for days which tells me the wed error (http://www.leveldsim.com/forumreg.htm) and really do not even know what to think if I lost my money or could someday use the famous 767-d level.

Hi there Mr Shutt,

Recently experienced a problem that now has me doing a fresh install of fsx. When I go to install and activate and browse to the KEY the entire path to where the key is located gets brought with the key itself and hence the activation process stops...telling me I do not have a key.

If someone here could tell me how to get around this that would be great. I've tried a number of things but no success. Been flying this aircraft since it became available and still enjoy it and would like to have it working once again.

 Actually no on the key. Had one put away on my computer. Problem is that when I select the key through the activation process the key comes with the complete path of where it is sitting on my computer..... C:/..../..../KEY.
Had this problem some time ago and can't remember how I got around it.

Still really enjoy this aircraft.

About to go lights out here. If you could guide me how to go about this that'd be great. I'll check in here in the morning. Many thanks,

Activation is a Flight1 responsibility. I provide product support.

Read thru the first post and see if Jeff's post help.

If not, submit a ticket via the Flight1 website support tab.

Can some one please help me as I payed for your product and need support please.
I am simply trying to download the winglet repaint manager after a new computer build, this has now taken 1.5hours of my life and I am still not a registered member.
I have been in the past and I have both my original and FSX upgrade certificate.
I am being bounced around like a ping pong ball between Flight one and your site but no solutions in site.
Can you please provide me a link or access so that I can download the Winglet Repaint Manager.
I can provide both my original FS9 certificate as well as my FSX upgrade but I cant waste anymore time on this as I have now missed my window to fly a long flight with the great Level D 767.
Please help and yes I have gone back and forth resetting ect and I get the certificate has already been registered.

Can't seem to get registered.  Keep getting info that the user name or email is in use. ?????

(Registered many years ago but no idea who provided the credit card, last 4 digits, codes, eail addresses, except most were all different- began with the Dreamfleet 734, then the DF 727, and now)  About ready to give up.
