When you sign up, you will be getting a mail from no-reply@leveldsim.com. This box is the one that will get all the auto-response mails from peoples spam blockers, from delay responses, bounces, vacation messages, and more. Do not send any mail to no-reply, as a human will not even see it.
For official help with this forum (forum problems only) please submit a ticket in the Flight1.com Ticket Messaging System. This is far more reliable than email in processing your requests.
Please note that any requests that are for product support will re-routed back to this forum, so please do not ask for any technical support in the ticket area.
